LegalKraft respects the privacy of individuals whose data we may process, i.e. persons who use the LegalKraft website (www.legalkraft.pl), communicate with LegalKraft, whom LegalKraft provides the services others like job applicants or event participants.

What information is being collected and how is it being collected?

What is the purpose and legal basis for collecting personal information?

We collect and process personal information on the following legal bases:

  • processing is based on your consent (also granted by an affirmative action);;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you or a company that you work for are/is a party to or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which LegalKraft is subject to;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by LegalKraft or by a third party (such as maintaining relationship with you, communicate, ensure security etc.).

We process the data to perform mandatory investigations regarding conflicts of interest and (when applicable) money laundering, to perform and administer the assignment, look after your interests and also for accounting and invoicing purposes. If you represent a legal entity having entered into an engagement letter with LegalKraft, the processing is based on the fact that it is necessary for purposes concerning a third party’s (the legal entity’s) justified interest to obtain legal advice. If you, as a natural person, enters into an engagement letter with LegalKraft, the processing is made based on the fact that it is necessary

in order to fulfil the agreement to which you are a party. When you are a job candidate to possibly be hired by LegalKraft, we process your personal data in order to enable the recruitment process. How do we use cookies?
